Publishing Process

Publishing with Bright Publisher is designed to be transparent, efficient, and author-friendly. We ensure that every manuscript submitted to Journal of Cyber Law (JCL) follows a clear and standardized process — from initial submission to final publication — while maintaining academic integrity and editorial quality.

1. Choose the Right Journal

Selecting the appropriate journal is the first step toward successful publication.

  • Review the Aims and Scope of Journal of Cyber Law (JCL) to ensure your manuscript aligns with the journal’s focus on AI applications in education, intelligent systems, and digital learning innovation.

  • Read the Guide for Authors carefully to understand formatting, structure, and submission policies.

⚠️ Please note: Authors must not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal at the same time.

2. Prepare Your Paper

Before submission, ensure your manuscript adheres to JCL formatting and ethical guidelines. The Guide for Authors provides details on:

  • Recommended paper structure and section organization

  • Writing a clear and concise abstract

  • Choosing accurate and searchable keywords

  • Accepted file formats (Word, LaTeX, or PDF)

  • Ethical standards for citations, figures, and data usage

Proper preparation helps ensure a smooth peer-review process and avoids unnecessary delays.

3. Submit Your Paper

All manuscripts are submitted via the online editorial management system.

  • Access the submission portal through the AIL homepage at www.ail.mbicore.com

  • Log in or create a new account

  • Complete all required information and upload your files

  • Once submitted, your manuscript will be assigned a unique reference number for tracking

  • The paper will then enter the peer-review process, managed by qualified academic editors and expert reviewers

4. Check Your Paper’s Status

After submission, you can monitor your manuscript’s progress at any stage:

  • Log in to the editorial system and use your reference number to track updates

  • Reviewers’ comments and editorial decisions will be communicated directly via email and dashboard notifications

5. Article Publishing Charge (APC)

All Bright Publisher journals, including JCL, are fully open access, ensuring your research is freely accessible worldwide.

  • Some journals may require an Article Publishing Charge (APC) upon acceptance

  • Detailed APC information and waivers (if applicable) are available on each journal’s homepage

  • No submission fees are charged for manuscripts under review
