Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original scholarly manuscripts that fit the focus and scope of the journal. All submissions must present clear academic contributions, follow ethical publication standards, and comply with the journal's formatting and submission requirements.

Before submitting a manuscript, authors are responsible for ensuring that the manuscript is original, properly formatted, written in clear academic English, and not under consideration by another journal. Submissions that do not follow these guidelines may be returned to the authors for revision before entering the review process.

3. Formatting Guidelines

  • The text should be single-spaced unless the journal template requires otherwise.
  • Use italics instead of underlining, except for URL addresses.

  • All references listed at the end of the manuscript must be cited in the text.
  • Where available, DOI links or URLs should be provided.
  • References should follow the citation style required by the journal template.
  • Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote to ensure consistency.

5. Tables, Figures, and Supplementary Materials

  • Tables and figures must be original, clear, and relevant to the manuscript.
  • Images, diagrams, screenshots, and charts must have sufficient resolution for publication.
  • If a table, figure, or image is adapted from another source, the source must be properly cited.
  • Supplementary materials may be submitted when they support the transparency and reproducibility of the study.

6. Research Ethics and Publication Ethics

Authors must follow ethical standards in conducting, reporting, and publishing research. The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, inappropriate authorship, or unethical research practices.

  • Manuscripts must be free from plagiarism and excessive similarity.
  • Data, results, and analysis must be reported honestly and accurately.
  • Authors must obtain permission for copyrighted materials when required.
  • Studies involving human participants, personal data, or sensitive information must follow applicable ethical standards.
  • Any funding source, institutional support, or conflict of interest must be clearly disclosed.

7. Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools

Authors may use artificial intelligence tools to support language improvement, editing, or technical assistance. However, authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and validity of the submitted manuscript. AI tools must not be listed as authors.

  • AI-generated content must be checked and verified by the authors.
  • AI tools must not be used to fabricate data, references, results, or claims.
  • When AI tools are used substantially in preparing the manuscript, authors should disclose their use where appropriate.

8. Submission Preparation Checklist

After submission, the manuscript will be screened by the editorial team to check its suitability with the journal's focus and scope, formatting requirements, originality, and basic academic quality. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be sent for peer review. The final editorial decision may be acceptance, revision, resubmission, or rejection.
