Copyright Statement

Articles published in this journal are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), unless otherwise stated on the article page. This license allows users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, adapt, and reuse the published work for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided that proper attribution is given to the original author(s), the article title, the journal, and the original source of publication.

1. Copyright Ownership

Authors retain the copyright of their published work. By submitting and publishing an article in this journal, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and archive the article in printed, electronic, and other formats.

The journal does not require authors to transfer copyright. Authors remain the copyright holders of their work and may reuse, share, and distribute their article in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

2. License to Publish

By submitting a manuscript to this journal, the author(s) agree that, if the manuscript is accepted for publication, the journal will be granted a non-exclusive license to publish the article as the original publisher.

This license allows the journal to:

4. Author Warranties

By submitting a manuscript, the author(s) warrant that:

• The manuscript is original and written by the stated author(s);
• The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal;
• The manuscript does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or unethical content;
• The manuscript does not infringe the copyright, privacy, or intellectual property rights of others;
• All necessary permissions for third-party materials have been obtained when required;
• All sources, quotations, figures, tables, images, datasets, and other materials have been properly acknowledged;
• All listed authors have approved the final version of the manuscript and agreed to its submission.

5. User Rights

Under the CC BY 4.0 license, readers and users may access and use published articles without requesting additional permission from the authors or the journal, provided that proper attribution is given.

Users may copy, distribute, transmit, display, adapt, translate, text-mine, data-mine, and reuse the published work in other scholarly, educational, professional, or public contexts, in accordance with the license terms.

6. Rights of Authors

Authors retain the following rights:

• The copyright of the published article;
• The right to use the substance of the article in future works, including books, lectures, reports, and academic presentations;
• The right to reproduce and distribute the article for academic and professional purposes;
• The right to deposit the article in institutional repositories, subject repositories, preprint servers, and personal websites;

7. Co-Authorship

If the manuscript is prepared by more than one author, the corresponding author confirms that all co-authors have contributed appropriately, approved the submitted version, agreed to the publication terms, and authorized the corresponding author to act on their behalf during the submission and publication process.

8. Third-Party Materials

Authors are responsible for ensuring that any third-party materials included in the manuscript, such as figures, tables, images, screenshots, datasets, instruments, or long quotations, are used legally and ethically.

• Third-party materials must be properly cited.
• Permission must be obtained when required by copyright law or license terms.
• Materials not covered by the article's CC BY 4.0 license must be clearly identified.

9. Archiving and Distribution

The journal may archive, preserve, disseminate, and distribute published articles through the journal website, indexing services, repositories, academic databases, preservation systems, and other scholarly communication platforms.

Authors are also permitted and encouraged to share and archive their published work in order to increase visibility, accessibility, and citation impact.

10. Royalties and Fees

Authors are not entitled to royalties or other financial compensation from the journal for the publication, distribution, or use of the article. The publication of an article under the CC BY 4.0 license allows reuse by others with proper attribution.
