This journal applies author fees to support editorial management, similarity checking, DOI registration, layout editing, online publication, and long-term article accessibility. The journal is committed to maintaining a transparent fee policy for all authors.

Article Processing Charge / Article Publication Fee

The Article Processing Charge is applied only to manuscripts that have been accepted for publication after completing the editorial and peer-review process.

What the Fee Covers

The publication fee covers the following publication services:

  • Publication of a manuscript with a standard length of up to twelve (12) pages.
  • DOI registration for each published article.
  • Similarity checking using Turnitin or another appropriate similarity-checking tool.
  • Provision of the similarity-checking result to authors upon request.
  • Layout editing according to the journal template and publication standard.
  • Online publication and article management through the journal website.

Additional Page Fee

The standard publication fee covers manuscripts of up to twelve (12) pages. For manuscripts exceeding twelve pages, an additional fee of 40.00 USD per extra page will be charged.

Waiver and Discount Policy

The journal may provide waivers or discounts for authors from low-income countries or for authors with limited funding support. Waiver or discount requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Authors who wish to request a waiver or discount should submit their request before or during the initial submission process. The request will be assessed by the editorial team based on the quality of the manuscript, the authors' financial circumstances, and the journal's available support capacity.
